How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com prior to shipment and we will issue you with a full refund.
How/ when will my order be refunded if I cancel my order before the goods have been dispatched?
If you decide to cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched you will be refunded onto the same payment card or paypal within 7 working days.
What is your returns procedure?
To exercise your right to return goods as long as the seal hasn’t been broken or the products tampered with. You must within 7 working days of receiving the goods send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your invoice number and that you wish to return your order. You may only do so providing the goods, that they are returned with their original packaging and the goods are in a resalable condition.
Where should I return the goods?
If you would like to return the goods back to the store, you must arrange for the goods to be returned at your cost and so that they are not damaged in transit to:

Within 7 working days of informing us of your cancellation.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit cards for the goods only, not for the packaging and shipping costs as we cannot reclaim these, only after the after the cancelled items have been received in a good condition by us.
What is the time limit for returning the goods?
You must return the goods within 7 working days of informing us of your cancellation.
Can I exchange all or part of my order?
We are happy to exchange any products as long as they are returned to us in their original packaging and not damaged.
What if my goods are delivered damaged?
If the goods are damaged on receipt please contact us immediately and we will then take the appropriate action.
